I've been a subscriber for over 15 years and paid my last renewal in AUgust of 2023 and just stopped getting my magazine! I've tried calling, and can never get through, and have emailed customer service numerous times and keep getting reassured my subscription will start back up and they'll extend it, and they never do. I've asked for a refund of my money numerous times and I have not gotten it back.

Called twice into Us weekly and was hung up on both times by the same representative, Jone or joane. Extremely pissed. Have not received any issues and no way to log into the account. And of course no way to call since the reps suck and hand up on you each time.

WOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE

THIS MAGAZINE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE. AFTER HOLDING FOR 20 MINUTES, THIS SLEEPY SOUND PERSON FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD PASSABLE PHILIPPINES COMES ON THE LINE ASKS FOR NAME AND ADDRESS AND THEN PUTS ME ON A VERY LONG 10 MINUTES HOLED. I WAS FORESTED TO DISCONNECT AFTER REPEATEDLY SAYING HELLO, HELLO WITH NO ONE ON THE OTHER END OF THE PHONE.

I was charged over SIXTY dollars for a subscription that I did NOT sign up for!!

This is my email address, home address in NJ, and the last four digits of my bank account that the charge was made below plus any information you need to refund me.

of this charge before I dispute it!!!

Please contact me ASAP to let me know why there was an unauthorized charge to my account when I dont even read people magazine outsides from the Internet.

Im a traveling essential health care worker who is not home in NJ often it would not make any sense to have a magazine subscription MAILED to me

IF there is any subscription attached to my email or address please cancel this immediately and refund the amount!!!
